1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Rockhampton Tyres for services, you agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions.
2. Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right
to amend quotes if the scope of work changes upon physical inspection of the vehicle.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full upon completion of work and prior to the release of the vehicle. We accept cash,
EFTPOS, and major credit cards. Any applicable merchant surcharges will be disclosed at the time of
payment.
4. Vehicle Authority and Testing
By leaving your vehicle with us, you authorize Rockhampton Tyres and its employees to:
- Perform the agreed-upon services and repairs.
- Drive the vehicle on public roads for the purpose of testing, diagnosis, and quality control.
5. Vehicle Pick-up and Delivery
We do not provide vehicle storage services. Vehicles must be collected by the close of business on the day
the work is completed, unless a prior arrangement has been made. While we take every care, vehicles are
left at the owner's risk.
6. Parts and Warranties
All goods supplied come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. In
addition to these rights, specific manufacturers' warranties apply to tyres and certain parts. We
will assist customers with warranty claims where possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockhampton Tyres is not liable for any indirect or consequential
loss, including loss of income or time, resulting from delays in service or parts availability.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
